The Horizon House had their annual picnic at Banning Park in New Castle, De.  It's an event I look forward to doing every year.  The energy is always high and food is always very good.

Did I say food!  Hats off to Party Delaware, who's been providing the food for the Horizon House Picnic for several years,  The food is scrumptious, the service is excellent.  and the staff is very cordial

Much love to my son, Jamir, who DJ'd the event, playing all of the top hits and more.

The highlight of the day was the raffle, where lots of guests received gift certificates to local retail stores.

Thanks always to the staff at Horizon House.  You know I love you!

God Bless.

Penn Wood High Prom King and Queen
Prom King and Queen

Now that's what I'm talking 'bout.  I'm tempted to post the video, but you know how it is - What happens at the prom, stays at the prom!

WOW!  What a great time.  We had the pleasure of working with DJ Sound and Lighting in  Malvern, Pa, at the Penn Wood High School Senior Prom, held at the fabulous Renaaissance Hotel, near the Philadelphia Airport.  Rachel at the reception desk was very helpful when we arrived.

First, let me give props to Manny and Dominic, of DJ Sound and Lighting, who provided the lights and an awesome sound system for the event, with two house rockin' JBL Speakers and two Community 18' sub-woofers, they were excellent.  Next, props to my son Jamal, who ROCKED The House!.  The mixes were on point, and he played all the right stuff at the right time - Stunnin' like his daddy.  Finally, props to my son, Jamir, who helped us set up and break down quickly.  nothing is better than having some fresh legs at the end of a gig to help you get home a little bit faster.

Oh, the students, well, let's just say, they definitely got their dance on... and a little bit more.  That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it.
